Shorts took an OV to Tulane two weeks ago, so even though the offer from Nebraska is late in the process, WR coach Keith Williams has been recruiting him for a while.

 
Let me sum up his recruiting thus far. Not one recruiting service truly evaluated his tape and he's another one of those prospects you can't believe is being overlooked by the big schools.

Obviously a highlight tape is just that, a highlight tape, but the film looks solid to me fwiw.
