Word is this may be a Nebraska/Tennessee battle.  Michigan State, Minnesota, Northwestern and Arizona State also in the mix.

 
Said he doesn't have to stay in-state but is probably staying relatively closer to home.

Said Tennessee and Nebraska are the ones standing out the most.  Michigan, Cincinnati and Michigan State probably the next group.
