Wyoming Tailgate Locations

Folks,

We are taking a few people with us on the trip so I will not be driving my normal Tailgate vehicle. I'll only have a small car so packing alot of stuff isn't an option.

Where is everyone going to Tailgate? Particular bars or restaurants? Is there any lots people are headed to?

Let us know.

Zim

Heading down with a big group and wondering the same. Not a big town so I am guessing every bar and restaurant will be taken over by Husker fans.

Yeah, my sister knows of some bar she use to frequent 12 years ago, but I am worried that will be full with people.

What time were you arriving Skull?

I've never been to Laramie on a game day, but I've had a nice time at the Cowboy and at Lovejoy's. As stated earlier, it is not a real big town, so there isn't a ton of options. The downtown scene has been fun every time I've been there.

There are plenty of bars near 3rd and grand. The Cowboy, 3rd street bar, Love joys, and the Buck (which i would stay away from). They are quite aways from the staduim though. Tailgating isnt that big before games in Laramie. The main T.G. is just due east of the staduim and in the grassy area on Grand and 20th(?) or just south of the staduim. Hope everyone enjoys the trip, i'll be wearing red as a UW student!

Not a tailgating spot, but for good Thai food go to Anong's. I was recommended this place by a friend and tried it this spring. Very good.

101 E Ivinson Ave

Laramie, WY 82051

There is about 1,000,000 square miles to tailgate where the antelope play. Beware they are everywhere, even in town sometimes. But they don't typically bolt into the road like deer. Anyway all who go have fun!

Noon...You?

Laramie is pretty awful for tailgating. I'd really like to second others recommendations of 3rd Street, Lovejoys, and the Library. Great Mexican food (burritos and tortas) at Rodolfos on 3rd.
