Yesterday's storm in Omah

Hope anybody who lives in Omaha is OK! My Mom called around 8 pm and said she was all right. She has a little damage to the roof, and I'm not sure she has power yet. The house down the street lost a tree and some had windows broken out. Such "extra" crazy weather this season. It looks like Ohio is in for severe storms today!

I live in Benson, a subd of Omaha. Friday evening it seemed like no one had power. I just drove through benson. A day later and my block is the only one without power. WTH???? :WTH

Mom got power yesterday afternoon. She sent some really neat pictures of the hail that she shoveled off her back steps and sidewalk. A neighbor lost a tree, and her house and garage are covered with debris. She lives on 6th Street, which is one of the older neighborhoods with the big old trees. I'll be glad when tornado season is gone!
