just wondering how it is, if we can play some on the d-line. My frustrations with the patty-cake and the lining up 3 yards off the ball are building to a vocal point. Im not the coach but these things are becoming ridiculous.

I hate to tell you this, but the D Line is not playing bad. It's the LBs and secondary that isn't playing worth a sh#t.

Well I'm not sure what is with the o-line tonight there not holding the d off and letting them into the back field way to much not giving the backs any holes to run throgh or giving Martinez anytime to throw.

Curious what your thoughts are here. What's this based on? We've had bad plays and breakdowns, and good plays, from all three levels of the defense. IMO the DL has been the biggest liability thus far, though.

Our D had two major issues tonight: 1 - they were pretty consistently missing assignments, and 2 - we are awfully slow in the front 7

seriously? that QB had hours of time to make decisions....our d line is slow, gets no penetration, ...ucla d line had martiniez on his a$$ all 2nd half, didnt see their qb rushed at all. and if you dsays its a contain scheme and forcing the qb to throw at our secondary, thats just plain horrid coaching. we dont have the players

Add to the fact we have no LB in the picture. How many times was Compton the only LB in the package, and he ended up going into coverage only to leave the middle of the field wide a$$ open
