The truth is, we ARE irrelevant right now. We are barely a top-20 team with no signs of that changing anytime soon. I hate to say it, but it's true.

NEbraska is not irrelevant.... You can say we're not very good, but we are relevant....

In what way? We certainly aren't relevant in the national title picture, and that's all that matters.

We haven't been relevant in over a decade. And it looks like nothing with change this year either.

Agreed. Just seems like fans nowadays are willing to accept whatever product is put on the field. I don't understand it. Since TO left, our standards and expectations have faded immensely.

No, fans don't just accept whatever is put on the field. But we're not going to sack Bo because of a couple of bad defenses, especially if he wins 9+ a year. It's not smart or prudent.
