Stadium Expansion

Were you able to get any pics this weekend knapplc or still a bit banged up? Looks like on the Haymarket Webcam that the arena lobby area is getting some windows installed.

 
I didn't get out with the camera, but not because of my tumble the other day. Just busy last weekend.

They've got the beige/brown/brick whatever outer facade material that encloses West/North stadium built all the way up to the top of the new East stadium structure. It's pretty much all enclosed now. Pretty soon the upper grandstands will be finished and it will look "finished" from the outside.

I'll try to get some pics soon, but the next two weeks are busy as hell for me.

i kinda wish they were putting a roof over the new general admission seats....not all cheesy and crappy looking, but kinda upward sloped and menancing.. would keep the noise in really well, and help protect those poor bastards sitting all the way up there

I totally agree. I don't think people realize how high up those seats will be. It is going to be viciously cold in november if there is any type of wind. Plus, as anyone that went to the Washington game can attest to, the roof can hold in the sound make it crazy loud. The loudest game I've ever been to by far.
