Any word? Looked like a sprained ankle only, but haven't heard an update, and hoping he can be ready for next week. But kudos to him for gutting it out.
Agreed. It looked like he pulled a calf muscle to me. Either way, like HuskerShark said, he ran very well and was cutting like it never happened after a few snaps. He was running pretty well still, so I am assuming he is fine.
Stock up on the cortisone!Agreed. It looked like he pulled a calf muscle to me. Either way, like HuskerShark said, he ran very well and was cutting like it never happened after a few snaps. He was running pretty well still, so I am assuming he is fine.
I am pretty sure it wasn't a calf pull. He went to the sidelines and had his ankle looked at. They even had to retape it. I for one can see this being a long term issue since he has had ankle/foot problems the last two years. Let's hope he is okay and won't have any lingering effects next week. He is definitely one person we need healthy for the long haul.Agreed. It looked like he pulled a calf muscle to me. Bo said it looked like a serious injury to him. Generally Bo plays those things down, so I think it's going to be bad news.Any word on Taariq Allen ? Didn't look good when they helped him off the field. Hope its not as serious as it seemed.
GBR!!!
I musta missed something...what/when was Armstrong's surgery? In the 4th Martinez looked gimpy and then seemed to be ok. Was it the same ankle as in 2010? With Armstrong having surgery, Carnes moved to receiver, does that leave RKIII and then Marsh as #3?
Armstrong had surgery to fix something he injured in HS. He will be okay for spring ballI musta missed something...what/when was Armstrong's surgery? In the 4th Martinez looked gimpy and then seemed to be ok. Was it the same ankle as in 2010? As for Taylor, he limped in at half but seemed to be back to himself in the 2nd half.
