Here's my contribution to this thread. From our front-most parking spot in lot 12, thanks to my boss. I've never been to a game-not even a high school game-where it was literally 100 steps from the truck to the seats.

• Club Seating: Fans can join the waitlist for new Club Seats in the East Stadium, which are located under the overhang of the Suite level but feature an unobstructed view, providing an outdoor seating option with some protection from the elements. The club seating area will feature chairback seats with armrests, escalator and elevator access from the ground level and dedicated concessions and restrooms for club seating patrons only. Donations for this area will be between $1,500 and $2,500 per seat depending upon location of the seats. If you are interested in requesting new seats in this area or moving some of your current seats, please click here and complete the form by Friday, November 23 to be considered in the first round of seating allocation.
  
• General seating: Fans can also join the waitlist for new seats located atop the East Stadium suites. This new area will feature bench seats with a backrest rail, escalators from the ground level for easy access, dedicated concessions and restrooms for upper level East Stadium patrons, and a fantastic view of the entire field. Donations are likely to begin at $150 per seat, but we will seat the highest per seat contributors first in this area. Believe it or not, I prefer Row 5 on North side against Club seat. Much closer to the action vs. high-altitude Club seat.

Huh? The average price for a Yankees season ticket (81 games) is around 10K, which would be around $125 per game.

Staying at the Embassy Suites today and I took a few photos with my droid.

Notice the work done on the top left tower structure. More of the exterior is up, including some of the third level.

You can see quite a bit of work done on the windows.

You can see they are starting to put up the back wall on the bleachers.

Now for the basketball arena area.

You can see the bridge is starting to be built.

Finally, it looks like they are starting some fo the exterior work on the buildings (apartments?) being built across the arena.
