Some guys take longer than others. By the end of his junior year, he was one of the best safeties in the league. He should have a big senior year.

Cooper emerged last year as a Jr. I am not sure why everyone expects these players to be top line players as a Fr. or So. It takes time to develop in all aspects. Why should everyone be surprised Cooper was behind a Sr. as a So.?
