HA! POST OF THE NIGHT!

Reading this thread has obviously been more fun than watching the game. Some of you are f'ing crazy which makes it more fun to read. We didnt show up for this game, its been an F in execution on all levels. The only positive we can maybe take is that the players will show up in the bowl game. To those of you wanting major coaching changes, I dont think we do. We do need players that dont get their panties in a wad, everytime we have a big game and make mistakes that peewee teams make. No matter how good or bad coaching is during a game it is all on the players and their epic mistakes they keep making ranging from turnovers to horrible tackling. This is the ohio state game all over again. At least we get to watch them have a chance to redeem themselves in the bowl......maybe.
Here lies the problem....

I think he needs to approach Pelini and tell him that NU is going to hire experienced and professional O and D coordinators. Quit giving the new guy a shot. Get some experience in there and turn this train wreck around.

What can a fan do to help NU recruiting? I mean legally without getting the team into hot water with the NCAA? I feel like I should be able to do something to help this team out.

Lo Country/Duke--I thought we already had a recruiting coordinator, and a service helping us to boot?

As for the staff, I can get behind what you said, with some minor exceptions (like our secondary coach and S&C coach).
Good call on Terry Joseph and James Dobson, especially Dobson. Everything I have heard and read about him is that for his age he is highly respected in his field. Some have compared him to a young up and coming Boyd Eppley. If there are staff changes at the end of the season he is one that we must keep.

Hey, look at the bright side, Husker wear is going to be extremely cheap for the next few years. The reason is obvious, supply vs demand. Who's going to demand NU stuff for a long while?
And when the demand goes south, so will our program, and then we're done for.

I'm worried about a fate for our program that mirrors that of Illinois or Minnesota. :(
