What did he do?Wow what a move by Mora. You know ESPN would be roasting Bo on a stick if he tried that crap.
They got the ball back with 8 seconds left and threw one toward the end zone. The WR was actually down at the one but they called a touchdown then wouldn't let Briles challenge. What did he do?Wow what a move by Mora. You know ESPN would be roasting Bo on a stick if he tried that crap.
I can't speak to the differences in scheme but I can offer a couple observations. 1- UCLA played much more inspired ball when we played them in September and, even with that, we should've won that game. I believe NU is more talented than UCLA but, for whatever reasons, did not perform up to capability and were out coached in some aspects. 2- I can't stress enough how much more poorly UCLA played yesterday vs Baylor. I don't want to take anything away from Baylor but those Bruins did not look like they wanted to play a football game. Don't know if they were hungover, out late partying, or what but they looked terrible and their lack of effort was very noticeable. Talent will only get you so far then the belly fire has to kick in. Baylor wanted it more and it showed.I liked all the pressure Baylor brought on D. What other differences were there in defensive scheme between Nebraska & Baylor vs. UCLA? If Baylor can hold UCLA to 35 rushing yards either the NU scheme is bad or the NU talent is bad. I can't see UCLA being that much more talented than NU.
