This comment is pure SEC homerism. I would bet you about anything that Michigan State, Ohio State, Michigan, and Wisconsin's defenses are all equally as fast as your defense, and our offense did just fine against those teams this year.

You can give the SEC a BJ elsewhere because I'd rather listen to Lou Holtz than that bullsh#t. And that's a pretty strong statement.

Wow, I guess the truth stung you a bit. :lol: What I said was not fictional, Kwame DOES NOT have the conditioning to play a whole game at NT. He was the 2nd string NT behind Jenkins, played less than a third of the total snaps, and I watched him play. He's going to be great in the 1st quarter, but he will tire, he's got a big frame and isn't used to playing that many snaps. I don't think he's on some miracle conditioning plan the past couple weeks that would change that.

UGA is ranked 76th against the rush, and Nebraska is ranked 8th in rushing offense. The NT is one of the most critical components for stopping the run in a 3-4. Playing NT is more than just size, which Kwame has, but it's about agility/conditioning as well and filling gaps/closing the pocket. Besides Murray, Jenkins was the player you could least afford to lose for this game.

You would have thought that a team that finished 7th out of 10 in the Big 12 last season...moves into the "vaunted" SEC and doesn't bow down to the competition, and even has a frosh qb run rough-shot all over these "out of the world" fast defenses would have humbled them a bit..... Just think, if TAM would still be in Big 12, Johnny Football would probably be over-rated, but since he is now an SEC team/player....he is the sh!t...

Yes, the SEC is BY FAR the most talented conference in NCAA..... they are also in the most attractive recruiting spots in the NCAA...it should absolutely be embarrassing for any SEC school to be challenged by a cold weather school....

I can say that I have had good "x-o" talk with South Carolina fans and even with deeprig a few times this year, but as a whole, the SEC fans remind me a lot of sCUM and KSU.... Alabama is an absolute TRADITION....but, the rest of the conference (for the most part)....where were their fans for the past 3 decades ????? Easy to talk when things are going well. Come back when the HISTORY and NUMBERS actually begin to match up.....

Is Nick Saban even that good of a coach? Sure it's easy when youre spoonfed the best for every position? What's his record outside the SEC where his talent was not that high or the competition was equal? Off topic, yes, but just wanted to point out nonetheless.
