How loud was it?

I lost my voice within the first quarter.

I was a bit disappointed at the fans around my section when Nebraska was down. I felt like I was the only one standing up and yelling at Barmann to mess up. But then again, I was at the top of the stadium (two rows from the top) so I couldn't hear how loud it was as some other people could. I was also disappointed at the lack of Husker fans who didn't respond to my GOOOOO BIIIIIG REEEDDD cheer during the walk to the stadium. It seemed like a lot of people just weren't interested in cheering.

Although I LOVED the beginning of the game before the tunnel walk and the entire stadium was doing the GOOOOO BIIIIIG REEEED cheer. That totally got me pumped up! And big props to the fans for the respect they showed the KU player who got hurt.....standing ovation.

FSN doesnt do a good job at capturing the feel of the game. ABC, however, you can feel the stands.

True, but Dave Lapham is as good as it gets for an anyalist. He is very informative, actually seems like he DOES do his homework. Usually has nice things to say about Nebraska.

I agree. I believe he played with Rimington or Ruud Sr in the NFL.

I just don't like when he says "wow" really loud, like he did on the Eric Crouch run against Mizzou. He did that a few times in the game the other night.

Really, cuz I actually enjoyed hearing an announcer being in "aw" of a play by an incredible athlete.

The overtime may have been the loudest I've ever heard that place.

On a side note I had some butt-plug behind me tell me to sit down during a key point in the 4th quarter. I just turned around and waved at him and continued to stand-up. He is the same joker that has sat behind me for the last four years and has never once wore any thing red or that had anything to do with the Huskers. All he does is sit there and complain the whole time. Why renew your tickets year after year if you don't enjoy the games? Him and his loser friend are big freaking :asshat
