I've seen the PLACE AT THE TABLE! scene on YouTube. I know what I'd be getting into. For some reason, I just never got around to watching it.

Did ya get the version where the QB leads them out to lay down in the middle of the highway! When this came out some kids somewhere were doing it and I think some got hurt so they cut the scene.

Ha, this was one of the first rated R movies I ever saw. My grandma let me rent it while me parents were out of town for the weekend.

this movie reminds of the time I was probably 7 or 8 and "White man cant jump" was released on VHS. My mom got a hold of it and brought it home, "here's a basketball movie that just came out on tape I brought home for you bla bla bla". Yeah, I didnt get to see much of it.
