Looking forward to Larrson and Zucker playing for the Wild tonight.

So being the first year I have really followed hockey I have a question. Does the start that the Blackhawks are off to happen often or is this some sort of historic start?

Yea, the only 4 other teams, one of which being the Oilers from the 80's, have all won the Stanley Cup, after posting starts like this...

 
Blackhawks are hot right out of the gate this year. In '10 when they won the cup they weren't this hot at the beginning of the season.

THere's still a LOT of hockey left to play though. So not getting my hopes up too high. (What the f#*k---of course I'm getting my hopes up. :lol: )

Well, the 06/07 ducks, and the mid 80's Oilers that had this hot of a start, did go on to win the Cup...

 
oh, FYI, for those of y'all that have the "NBCSports" channel, there's gonna be a good game on tonight at 7 EST, Philly vs Penguins...

i'd be willing to bet the farm that gloves are gonna get dropped at least once...
