It's a ridiculous anomoly. She perfected the chocolate chip cookie. It's so simple. There's one opening up in Texas. I heard she shut down the one in Omaha because they werent following the recipe correctly after being warned several times, so if you've only had them from Omaha, chances are, you have not yet experienced the real thing.

OH SWEET MERCY! I've had one of those things...and they are amazing.

My wife and kids will LOVE you if you can pull off bringing them directly from the source. We keep her dough frozen in the freezer at all times. Not quite the same, but we still undercook them just the same!

The frozen dough is not the same in fact. It is tweeked, for obvious reasons.

Oh, I figured as much. Still damn good. Some of those batches don't even get cooked before I eat the entire tub!
