I don't think the refs are favoring Louisville, I think they're sucking balls on both ends, it's just that Louisville is taking advantage of it by being more physical.

I hate how physical they let guards be. Need to address hand-checking and bumping. Louisville D's exploits how officials call the game nowadays.

Someone correct me if I'm remembering incorrectly, but I seem to recall that Trey Burke was a guy Doc got in on early and he established a relationship with him that led to us being in his final grouping before he chose Michigan.

Was this before the game or at half time? If he saw her before the game, perhaps he was inspired. If it was at half time, maybe he was too distracted to make a shot in the second half.
