OU is ahead 14-0 already half way through the first quarter. Oklahoma is taking what they please on offense so far.

 
17-7 after an OU field goal. Iowa State needs to stop OU offense or its going to be a long game for the twisters.

 
Ridiculous that FSN chose this game over NU-KSU. ISU coming off an uninspired home loss to us, then going to Norman. Instead of a game featuring 2 teams coming off wins who have become quasi-"rivals" over the recent yrs, with the "better" of the 2 teams playing in a venue we haven't won at in several years. Hmmm, wonder which game will be more competitive BillyJoe FSN guy. :wacko:

Just had a thought -- FSN probably deselected the NU game for their national telecast b/c they knew KState would pick up their PPV telecast, since Husker fans have a good reputation for purchasing the pkg. Whereas ISU-OU probably wouldnt have been picked up for PPV b/c, well, to put it simply...

PPV = hard.

Good point Blackshirt. I have bought every ppv game for a few years now, so I guess this is who they cater to. A guy like me. GBR!

 
Pedersons Freshman year, I ga-run-tee'd that he would be used up by the Sooners by the time he was a Jr. I guess my prediction was close. Too bad for him. Havent seen a back that good in the Big XII since Ricky Williams.
