All-American
in Biological/Agricultural Engineering :clap . This is a brand new ranking (2013). Might want to show this to the AAU committee so they can let us back in :sarcasm

All AAU schools except for NC State. We are ranked higher than other academically elite, AAU schools such as Ohio St, Penn State, Michigan St, Maryland.

Some of the schools that you mentioned UNL is higher than do not have this program and/or are not AAU members...
if they didn't have this program then they wouldn't be ranked
It may be something quasi-similar and U.S. News decided to include them. Not quite apples to apples. Just sayin'...
Not sure i get what you're talking about. the programs i've mentioned have the programs needed to be ranked and are all AAU schools

OSU, UMD, etc...

edit: i see what you mean, didnt mean to write wisconsin

Wasn't it about lack of non-agricultural research and not really academic prestige...and that's only one college not the whole university. Not that I'm not proud, but just realistic about data

Our's had more to do with the way the med center is set up as part of the university system as a whole for the state. and i'm not sure how 1 top 10 program is supposed to justify our inclusion when it represents a small fraction of the overall student population. Does this need to be in the football forum?
