I think the author forgot that NU was in the western division or maybe he forgot they are even in the Big Ten.

"With the new East-West divisions in the B1G, each team plays every division team, plus two cross overs from the other division.

Who did Maryland draw in 2014? Iowa (home) and at Wisconsin, arguably the two best programs in the Western division."

Ha! Including "Iowa" and "best programs" in the same sentence is totally laughable. Perhaps Mr. Tucker ate too many tainted crab cakes.

Wisconsin 94

Nebraska 84

Iowa 78

Northwestern 65

Purdue 61

Minnesota 56

Illinois 19

So yeah - the guy forgot Nebraska was in the West but it isn't laughable to consider Iowa there as well. Give us a couple of years on our current trajectory and you can make the laughable claim if we don't get it turned back around, but coming off a couple of crap seasons and Iowa is only 6 games off of Nebraska's pace?

To be fair, you are doing a whole decade. That decade includes the two worst seasons in our program's history. Show the last 5 years, much more relevant.

Illinois has really only won 19 conference games in the last ten years? And that includes their one miracle season that they made the Rose Bowl? Wow...even Minnesota has triple that.
