i dont think i have been on many jobs where the general contractor wasnt telling the sub-contractors they were behind. and i highly doubt the completion date was anywhere close to the first game.Usually when jobs like this with a strict timeline and such, they will bring in union workers under contract and such to get it done in time. It'll be done in time one way or another.Elevator worker that is working on new addition told me that things are stacking up a bit and that total project is behind schedule. How this will relate to opening day, I am not sure? I would think they will go on a 24 hr a day, multi-shift, additional workers type effort to accomplish everything so all would be good to go by then. That's the word I got though, anyone else hear they are behind schedule?
^^^ what he said. I'm sure even if being behind schedule, they've got plenty of cushion until the first game. Even if not, I'm sure they would appropriate their focus to the areas needed in order to host fans for a game, not necessarily all of the labs and offices and etc.
