Who scores the first TD, and how?

Vincent Valentine. 97 yard fumble return TD.
That implies that Wyoming makes it to NU's 3 yard line. BOOOOOO!!!!

Wyoming receives the opening kickoff, first play from scrimmage Smith drops back and is hit by RG as he releases the ball, VV catches the wobbler and takes it in uncontested.
This goes perfect with the prediction I made yesterday

My prediction for Brett "The Almighty" Smith:

0/1, 0 yards, 0 TDs, and 1 Int

He will get hit so hard on that first pass that he will quit football on the spot and pursue a career selling Amway products.

Huskers win the toss, defer. Wyoming starts at their own 25 after a touchback. Smith gains 17 yards on their first pass play, but they fail to move the ball after that and are forced to punt.

Stuart Williams in to kick. Williams stands at his own 24, waits for the snap. Turner deep for Nebraska.

Here's Williams' kick. It's high, it holds up there. Turner takes the ball at the 30. He's hit and got away... back upfield to the 35, to the 40. He's to the 45! He's to the fifty, to the 45! To the 40! To the 35!

To the 20!

To the 10!

He's ALL THE WAY HOME!

Holy Moly!! Man, woman and child, did that put 'm in the aisles!

You beat me to it. I would add that Smith attempts to tackle VV, gets stiff armed, and run over.

The 1st score of TM's senior season will look exactly like this ... because it's only fitting that it ends just how it began.

Are you implying that their punter will be 18 yards deep?

jesus. If this happens that means Wyoming took what is most likely their first possession (since I expect us to score on our first umpteen possessions) and drove the length of the field to the 3 yard line. Commence meltdown.
