I got the Sirracha chicken at Subway yesterday. It's decent, but I think they mix the Sirracha with something else because it was thicker and not as dark of a red.

yeah, it is their own sriracha sauce. it has the consistency and look of their buffalo sauce. i liked it, but my wife got mine with extra sriracha and it was a little too hot for my sandwich liking.
