Where Does Bell's Catch Rank?

Bell's insane one-handed grab for a TD v. Illinois (10/5/13) is simply the best catch I've seen by a Husker WR. And I've been around to see Irving Fryar.

2. Davison v. Missouri '97

3. Purify vs aTm '06

4. Nate Swift vs Clemson '08

Any others?

Yes, John Rogers against Iowa State 1971.

The impressive thing about Bell's catch is that he went up over the middle and was exposed to a shot from any of four defenders around him. Fortunately he had split the middle of them, but a lot of guys would've alligator-armed it.

That said, his catch will be largely forgotten by next year, while Davison's will last as long as there is Nebraska football.
