He makes some good points. What it comes down to is having athletes on the defensive side of the ball who can make plays. If you don't have them, doesn't really matter how good your scheme is.

I have a friend that coaches in the San Antonio area

All the HS teams they play agains are Spread Teams

He has gone old school big Power Football and has cleaned up

He is a guy who will probably be in the TX HS Hall of Fame- has won State Title in Largest class

Yes he told me he was going "contrarian" by being a power football team where he lives

I would say Alabama was more of a Power Football team than anything last season.

Hopefully it isnt 15 years away
