He should have just stayed dead. Or started over with a new ID. His wife has been collecting Social Security death benefits all this time. They would need to pay back the gov't if he rises from the dead.

here is a fun case that is apropos to the season.

Seller who had undertaken to inform the public at large about the existence of poltergeists on the premises to be sold was estopped to deny existence of poltergeists on the premises, so the house was haunted as a matter of law and seller must inform the purchaser of the haunting.

Should I feel bad that federal employees are still laid off but as a State employee I get a totally ridiculous paid "holiday" off? Also, I can't wait for Arbor Day to roll back around again.
