Players tired?!!?!?

Is it me or are more players leaving the game tired???? I don't think it's a Nebraska thing, but Abdullah ran 2 plays in a row and needed a breather in the 4th qtr........we needed him, he can't come out.....he needs to suck it up.

If I wrong say so.......but guys who are playing one way are subbing themselves out too often.

Yeah, I think there's something wrong with our conditioning. BR Overreaction was also talking about how some of the guys have just put on unacceptable amounts of weight the over the last month or so.

I think your comments are right on…. We needed him out there and he was on the sidelines taking a breather. If he needs to do that after only 2 runs, our conditioning really sucks.

Conditioning is definitely a problem right now. Not the only problem, but certainly, a problem.

The S&C programs has been questioned before and folks were quick to defend Dobson. Looks like we are weak and out of shape IMO. Might be some truth that we are further behind in that area than some will admit.

To add, is there anyone on this staff you would keep? I would say Brown and Fisher. I like what Joseph says, and it is hard to judge our success with DB's due to the lackluster performance of the front 7.

Yea i don't understand that. 4 or 5 years ago we praised Dobson for the S&C program. Now we call him out and want him fired, I can only think that Dobson isn't used to the typical physicality that the Big Ten puts on our guys.

Think I heard during a podcast a while ago Jason Peter commented that the team is out of shape that the S&C program is lacking and players get tired too easily. He kept saying they are out of shape look exhausted after a series. If this is true then that could be the systemic problem that needs to be eliminated.
