I would describe it more as "flawed from the start" and we're reaping the bitter harvest of that initial flawed practice.

He should have never made the Blackshirts a prize to attain throughout the year. Just give them out the week of the first game, and change them up as personnel changes.

The players know who should and should not play and when the staff play players that or not the best on the team and position you end up with results like last Saturday. Comments from a few team players show that we are not playing the best possible players.

My head hurts because this team has showed jack up to this point outside stomping Purdue and Southern Miss. I can't say we'll win any games for the rest of the season at this point and be completely truthful that I feel that way. This team needs a straight jacket and a padded room with it's psyche...........
