I will start off. Do you prefer male/female bartenders?

It depends on what kind of mood I am in. A bartender that is engaging is a real plus to me (regardless of sex). What I do not like is for the bartender to have their girlfriend/boyfriend, posse show up and distract him/her from her job.

Would you rather have the overweight ugly bartender that kept your glass full or the attractive bartender whose bartending ability sucked (because she/he tried to be friends with everyone)?
