Sirles' injury similar in nature to what Jake Cotton has, which is a sprained MCL. Recovery timetable on Cotton's injury 2-4 weeks.

Pelini, on injuries: Jeremiah Sirles has what appears to be a sprained MCL. Westerkamp has a hip-pointer, but "He'll be OK," Bo said.

Maybe but to get the results already? I guess I'm surprised since he's usually so mum about injuries that he'd say that. Good news I guess, although our mostly 2nd unit really did quite well I thought.

Maybe but to get the results already? I guess I'm surprised since he's usually so mum about injuries that he'd say that. Good news I guess, although our mostly 2nd unit really did quite well I thought.

You can get results in an hour or so if there is someone around to read them.

They are sent over the computer to be dictated by the radiologist immediately. MRI can take 45-60 min. and then immediately read, so less than two hours and they would know what it was.
