I'm still kind of shocked that Bo actually has to fight for his job. I won't bore you with the arguments from both sides of the fence. The simple fact is that it won't be like we are retaining Bill Callahan if we keep Bo. Keep the man.

 
I can't be the only one who thinks not being Bill Callahan is not the same as untouchable job security.

 
Pelini is fine. His job security is based on the accomplishments of the program on and off the field. I'm all for dismissing a coach for losing seasons and missed bowls. Pelini is nowhere close to that category. The future with Pelini looks bright.

No...by all means...bore us with the arguments from both sides since there hasn't been 8 bazillion threads already dedicated to it.

 
Thanks for the help on that. I always wondered...now I just got learnded something and can quit my job as assistant roadkill-scooper-upper and go back to 3rd grade.

 
I'm really seeing the damage Callahan did. It's scared so many so much that they're afraid to even move, let alone admit that things could be better.
