Wouldn't want the guy. He's a bad in game coach. Surrounds himself with yes men, and his offensive philosophy is prehistoric. He rode the coat tails of a team full of leaders that fell in his lap after Billick lost the team. You are seeing his real coaching ability this year when Reed and Lewis aren't there to provide the real leadership. Most Ravens fans I know wouldn't shed a single tear. They feel they won in spite of him not because of him.

His brother is a damn good coach regardless of the outcome of one game. Especially one that hinged on a single play and questionable no call.
