Charter flight to Bowl Game Cancelled.

Oh, you wanted Husker fans to show up for the bowl game, Bowl Committee?

Yeah, scheduling a rematch probably wasn't the swellest of ideas, then.

Last year only 4,000 were sold. Not exactly living up to our reputation these days. But hey, they're adding 4 more bowls next year!. Yippy!.

Bowl season has become about as exciting as...our bowl.

Yeah, our group decided to do the travel scheduling on our own this year.

We got 10 towards the 2000.

Not that it matters based on the season and the record, but the Big 12 won again. Nebraska fans got smashed by not getting into the BWW Bowl. Tempe > Jacksonville

We haven't traveled well since we got spanked in the Rose Bowl. But last year was pretty sad. I would guess this year would be close to the same.

One theory sure.

Then the article quotes the CEO of the company, and he's attributing most of it to "Bo Pelini drama"

Former player too. That's pretty damn telling.

The Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl could've hit a partial home-run by scheduling Nebraska. Hell, they didn't even need NU fans to travel with all the Husker fans that live in Arizona. How many Nebraskans under the age of 70 live in Florida and would go to the Gator Bowl? 6? I think most Nebraska fans would've rather played OU or Texass in Phoenix, but MUCH would've rather played KSUcks than Georgia. Again.

This bowl commission is just awful. But at the same time, if Nebraska takes care of business, they wouldn't have to worry about this crap.

Enjoy your Michigan/KSU matchup, BWW.

Or poor performance. Probably way more likely than the ad being a meany-pants and not guaranteeing Bo until the Hale-Bopp comet returns.
