I hope we make the Big XII tourney since everyone gets invited. Also, during the Oklahoma-Memphis game this afternoon, the announcers were saying what a big win that was for Doc and the team. Said we might be the surprise team of the Big 12 this year.

I read the article on huskersextra.com and Doc said to enjoy the victory because when 2'oclock comes around he is going to give the hardest work out yet. Good man.

That is trademark lessons learned from the Billy Gillispie School of Basketball....here are some other lessons you'll note:

1. Doc will probably never look happy during a game

2. Tough workouts, regardless of win or loss

3. Not accepting mistakes

4. You're probably never good enough

5. Defense needs to get better

I think the epitome of BCG was this quote about our 69-33 thumping of St. Louis...

"We're not very good yet, but I think we're starting to improve a little"

I'm sure Doc will have the same attitude, and in my mind there is no better mindset for college sports.
