ESPN College Game Day: What changes would you make?

Have three midgets dressed up like oompahlumpahs and have them tend to Corso's spittle and drool bucket. They could run a stopwatch in a corner of the screen and always be trying to best their previous time.

 
Worst place to host a Gameday would be at a PAC12 school. Maybe Oregon State or Washington State. Its really, really early in the morning when they would start, and the fanbases are not exactly rabid like a lot of schools. The show being outside, still dark, and no one there, pretty bad.

The format of the show is fine. But Corso has not been the same since his stroke, and he's just painful to watch now. And the Michigan Idiot who's name is escaping me at the moment. He's annoying, arrogant, and almost never insightful. No idea why he is there. Replace those two with some guys who have personality, charisma and are informative would really improve the show.

That would be the guy. Can't stand him.

 
None of the guys on those shows bother me at all...I take it for what it is worth and it is just supposed to entertain.

I do think it would be very cool to not only have the "tailgating" and "Bar" segment but also a betting segment.

 
Have them pick that days prime time game. Then execute the people who guessed wrong on the following weeks game day show. Talk about must see. With the added bonus of killing off every espn bad guy. Survivor style baby.

Also, if this would happen on the real Survivor show, I'd start watching!
