Wut are you drinkin?

Fun fact: I don't even like iced tea unless it's iced green tea or Long Island iced tea

There are some good sales going on at The Still if you're in Lincoln. Most of their rum is on sale (they've got 375's of Pyrat for $9, and I'd recommend anyone try that rum). Macallan 12 is $55, which isn't a huge sale, but still a good price (it rarely goes lower here). A couple other notables are Knob Creek Rye for $22 and Maker's 46 for $28, both fantastic prices. JB Black is $20, which is a normal sale price for that at The Still, but regardless, it's a great price for a good quality bourbon.

Anyone ever been to Gottberg Brewing in Columbus? I'm heading that way this weekend with 4 empty growlers in tow. I hope I am not disappointed.
I think they've been through a few brewmasters lately. I was there a couple years ago and really enjoyed it but I heard from a guy who goes regularly that it's gone downhill.

Give us an update after you get back!
I definitely will. This may be my only trip there. I have to buy a guy 2 growlers.

It turns out sun tea and wine do NOT mix well. In particular, California zinfandel. Won't try that again.

Well how was I supposed to know unless I tried??

I've been polishing off the odd bottles of partially full booze lately. Didn't notice, but the Liquor cabinet got dangerously low. All I got left is a couple fingers of Smirnof vodka, some weird cinnamon flavored whiskey, and a way old bottle of some cheap Baileys liqueur knockoff that has probably turned poison by now and would surely kill me. Then I had a flash. I remembered the bottle of Jamesons Irish I have stashed in my workshop in the nail drawer. I put it there thinking I might need to get hammered some time. Get it? Nail drawer. Hammered? lol

So there's that.
