Possibly but it was also right after it was reported that Richie Incognito was meeting with the Bucs. Probably had more to do with that.

Like others point out, every browser contains a Private Browsing Mode / Privacy Mode / Incognito Mode / whatever.

Use it when reading articles. Nicer than deleting all cookies, as it won't disturb the rest of your internet browsing.
