8 Quarters - better enjoy it

I know this is kind of a 'whatever' topic, but listening to KB and AA talk after the game....they only have 8 quarters left in M stadium. Just a reminder that we should all just enjoy it!!!!

We are really going to miss them next year. Especially Ameer. I hope Husker fans realize that he's arguably the best back ever in Lincoln - just being in that discussion is epic.

I really wish Adam Taylor had gotten his feet wet this year. In terms of combination of assets he seems most likely to be an every-down back for us but that can be hard to do in your first college action.

 
They will both be missed by us but the team and program will be fine.

I believe Newby can become a very good back for us and we have some young reviewers that are supposed to be good.

I hope they both are extremely successful in life after Nebraska.

 
Yea so no matter the game time we need to have the stands rocking like the Miami game for these guys.. Not like it wasn't Saturday.

 
Definitely going to miss Ameer.

KB skill set is easily replaceable, and thankfully his ego will be outta here. He's not a dynamic receiver or difference maker. Now if we had and were losing someone like Amari Cooper (at Bama). I would agree about missing him.

I have to disagree here. While KB isn't as dynamic and unique a player as Ameer, he's still our leading receiver. He runs good routes and has good speed to get behind the defense. And he's arguably the best blocker among the WR, as well. We don't have another player on the team that can replace his skills.

Kenny Bell will go down in school history as the best receiver we've had the last 4 years, and the most productive receiver we've had ever.

And it's not because he is easily replaceable or lacking dynamism.

After this season he will be but will soon be passed by another in 2 or 3 years.

 
One thing be incredible to me is da dropp off u get when Ameer be on da sideline. Newby and Cross straight up good and be startin at most programs , but the fax udda matta be dat Ameer has dat sum sumthin. He gon be miss dats for shiz, but I still don't think he take home da Heisman , right o wrong
