At a loss for words. Wouldn't be where I am in my career without Bo & Kaz. Best coaches I ever played for. I can't believe this.

 
Gerry is pretty much the only one who I feel has already made up his mind about going. If Kaz goes there will be a sh#tstorm with defensive players.

 
I think it's good for the players to get out their feelings. They all liked their coach, but for many of them, they enjoyed being a Husker, period. It will take everyone some time to transition and work through the emotional cycle.

 
Nobody has made up their minds about anything. Except Eichorst.

Nebraska fans love the players. We always will. And you guys will find out, probably very soon, that your futures are still extremely bright. Stick together.

 
Way I see it, I hope the players stay, but, at the same time, I fully understand if this makes them want to leave. Can't hold that against a person. This would be difficult for anyone in their position.

I really hope nobody even dares to criticize the players for voicing their frustrations.

They're young and pretty much their entire lives are centered around being football players here, and the most important to that their entire time here has been Bo Pelini. It would be tough for anyone to wake up on a Sunday morning to that news.

Keep your heads up boys - do what you think is right for yourself but know that we have your backs regardless.

Avoid drawing any conclusions. There is so much left of this situation yet to play out. The players will feel what they feel, then they'll start to think. Will all of them stay? Difficult to predict. But let's not overvalue heat of the moment talk.
