Happy for him. Obviously some guys just can't coach in college and can in pro and vice versa. Charlie Weis comes to mind. The mentality and attitudediffers immensely from college to pro. Coaching players who are assigned to you differs greatly from coaching players you have recruited. Some coaches

just can't recruit. Apples to oranges.
