Luke Gifford Moved to Linebacker

Possible move to linebacker in the future.

@luke_gifford: My brother @the_real_beamon always told me i'd be a linebacker... Must be able to see the future 😂

 
I really dont understand locking the recruit threads. They should remain open imo. Over the years have had alot of good and to the point discussions about players in their recruiting profile without all the derailment that can happen in football forum.

Pretty well confirmed that he's moving to LB. The new staff is really looking to load up on LBs. If he can help, that's great. But I kind of see him spending a year there then getting moved back to safety after we get a few more guys on campus.

I think he could be an effective LB, if he can put on good weight, without sacrificing his speed. This position move isn't like Gerry, as Gerry is only 6'1" (guessing), so he would have had trouble keeping his weight up. Gifford is listed at 6'3", so he has a bigger frame to keep the weight on.
