Two things I think I learned about Lincoln Ne in the last 24 hours

The Tall Texan

Four-Star Recruit
1. There are no hotels large enough to hold a visiting college football team and it's entourage. They stay instead in Omaha.

2. Someone moving to Lincoln and making over a million a year can not find a home to buy.

#1 - there are hotels large enough, but the Huskers take the Cornhusker (at least I assume they still do). And the Embassy could hold a team, but they probably make way more money hosting the general public.

#2 - if you are talking Riley, his wife has a reaction to some chemicals used in paint (I think paint, maybe wood stain/varnish). So it took him extra long to find a house suitable for her.

Did not ask about size or how fancy, just a home on that salary. Is he going to stay or is he just in town doing temp work?

Is Riley still in a hotel? Well I hope he stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
