I've seen some unconfirmed reports that the prompter had the wrong country listed in it. Regardless, he needed to know better and read what was in his hand.

I personally don't think this is that big of a deal only because the truth came out. Yeah, Miss Colombia may have been crushed as were people in her home country, but it doesn't matter because she lost anyways. She never won.

I think it was incredible from a television standpoint. I don't think any different of Steve Harvey before or after this and I don't think a lot of people do either. I also know that working in live T.V. is a lot easier than it looks, even if they chose that profession, so I try to not be too critical even though it was a big mistake.
