Top 100 Games of 2015

Man, I'd forgotten about the finish of that Southern Miss game. Wasn't that sack at the end of the game the play that injured Freedom and kept him on the sideline a lot?

I know it's a weak endorsement coming off a 6-7 season, but Nebraska became relevant in college football for guaranteed fourth quarter excitement.

Something to build on, and apparently a big reason why the Huskers are considered a sleeper team in '16.

Living out-of-state as a proud Nebraskan, I've taken abuse from friends, neighbors and acquaintances for years for how the team plays, especially in big games. Weirdly enough, I got less abuse last year. It was less about choking and blowouts, and more about being snakebit in close games. For third party observers, Husker games were fun to watch.

Hey, that's something.

The S.Miss game was annoying to me. I needed a comfortable clubbing of an overmatched opponent. Mostly because my wife was in labor and me getting antsy at the TV didn't help matters.

To an outside observer, the NW may have seemed exciting. To me it was just a bunch of missed opportunities over and over.

Miami was like watching an NFL game. No need to tune in until the 4th quarter. Then, yeah it was pretty exciting.

MSU should be higher, game was balls out.

BYU, I guess it was exciting as hell. Just disgruntled a lot of us for the season.

Yeah but these lists are for people without singular rooting interests.

By almost anyone's accounting, the Wisconsin game was more uhm "fun" to watch than Southern Miss.

Take the Husker fandom out of it and I still think the NW game was lackluster. Wisconsin could easily replace it.

Good point.

I wonder if someone simply had a metric for games decided on the last drive - or play - regardless of actual game quality.
