So, if he is a program changer, and we have seen how this staff recruits big names, i think our odds are as good as anyones.

His buddies go here, so you have the "comfort zone" thing figured out.

He most likely sees early playing time.

Will play in an elite conference.

We have had multiple CB's/Safeties play in the NFL.

Plenty of things to get him and yet this would still be an epic win.

Deep down, i think he goes to Stanford, but i dont think the tweets are him messing with us, i honestly think he has high level of interest in us, but even with all the things listed above, we are still going to have to prove to him we are an elite level program.
You hit a lot of key points. The one thing we have to sell him on is the academics vs Stanford, which is very hard to do. Lost on Peat is the last one I can think of.
There was a local kid a couple of years ago that went to Stanford over the Huskers...can't think of his name though!
Harrison Phillips in 2014
He didnt really choose Stanford ovee us, we werent recruiting him that hard for some reason. Big mistake on Pelini and staff.

I know Harrison Phillips personally... my GOD, if we were Stanford fans we'd never question their S&C. The dude is massive now. Went on spring break with some pretty cute girls and he was flexing in a picture behind them - his biceps were bigger than their heads, I sh#t you not.

You could say the same thing about Mick Stoltenberg and our S&C program. He was about the same size as Harrison in high school and that dude looks freaking huge in his pictures at practice.

Exactly. Why isn't tweeting at UCLA or Stanford basketball coaches to recruit his buddy?

I'm trying to temper my expectations, but you can't help it with some of this stuff.

Loved Stanford.
UCLA gaining ground, has great relationship with DB coach.

Visiting Tenn. for their spring game next weekend, father has a friend that is a grad assistant there.

Wants to see Mich, Auburn, and Notre Dame before June decision.

We are also a contender.

Not much of an update. Still sounds like 1. Stanford 2. UCLA 3. Nebraska
