Vegas wants them, but the residents don't really want them. They want to build a stadium down on the strip where traffic is already horrendous and there's no way to change it as everything is built up right next to each other. The casino's want them because it's 17 weeks of guaranteed full bookings. It does bring money into Vegas but it also bring in the Raider fans and the bad things that go with being a Raiders fan. Vegas wants to be seen as a big city with sports teams now, we just got hockey and it looks like we will possibly get the Raiders.

When is the NFL going to realize California doesn't support nor really want an NFL team other than maybe the 49ers????

 
Hey, why don't we relocate the Huskers to a southeastern state? Then recruiting will not be an issue.
