BTN Dienhart Clueless

I can see 1-3 but how can you put Iowa ahead of us when our only common opponent is NW. We went on the road and if it wasnt for fluke fumbles on the 1 we would have beat them by 3 or 4 scores. NW beat Iowa at home. We will see in 2 weeks when we can earn some respect.

 
Yeah that is interesting, but I guess in the long run we will have to keep winning and change opinions or lose and confirm it. I think we are a much better team than last year and should be given credit for that and that alone at this point.

We were a team that imploded last year and that is still fresh in the mind of a lot of sports pundits. So beat Wisconsin and the narrative will change.

 
Sometimes I think the BTN announcers are required to give every team in the B1G at least a little love. I'm betting that Dienhart drew the long straw on Iowa this week. That's the only explanation I can come up with.

^^^ I've thought that ever since we joined the Big Ten. They spread the love around, and are often glowing about mediocre teams. All about supporting the brand, I guess.

 
This stuff drives me nuts. Everyone picks against Nebraska, we win, and next week everyone is saying "who have they beaten?" Isn't there some stock to the fact that this team is 6-0, playing gutsy football, and did I mention they're 6-0? Logically they're giving us credibility by picking against us, and then taking it away when we win.
