That's if NU beats Iowa correct? Is TA playing? Didn't someone say he's done for the year?Guys on 247 podcast said it was almost assuredly the Outback unless things get weird. If ya'all decide to come to Tampa, hit me up. I'll definitely be going!
I don't think it matters to be honest. Lots of 9-3 teams have played in the outback. That's if NU beats Iowa correct? Is TA playing? Very true. Their best win is over an LSU team that is anemic, at best, on offense.A lot of fans in here also think Wisconsin is amazing program/team this year. Yes, they are good, but NU had a very winnable game in Madison this year. It wouldn't have been a huge upset that some in here think it would have been.Absolutely, but Wisconsin's perception has been very favorable all year. They have been treated like God's from the committee and other voters.God, come on. Don't give us the Holiday Bowl again.
Depending on how the CCG goes (assuming Wisconsin makes it and we don't), we might benefit from the possibility of them losing. Historically, the loser of the championship game will pretty often get dropped a spot in the bowl pecking order.
I'm not saying Wisconsin isn't a good team, but they aren't the unstoppable force that a lot of people on here make them out to be. The NU game against them was a 50-50 game. It wouldn't have been a huge upset that some want to say on here.Wisconsin's best win is quite a bit better than our best win.
Wisconsin's worst loss is quite a bit better than our worst loss.
They're a damn good football team.

As an addendum, according to Sagarin, our best win is over a team that is not yet bowl-eligible....Wisconsin's best win is quite a bit better than our best win.
That would be crazy...could Nebraska get in there? (They would be 11-2 and not 10-3)Playoff Committee's nightmare (just because, who doesn't like crazy chaos when it comes to subjective argument)
