If people handled themselves as Dr. King recommended (not that any of these malcontents know who Dr. King is) we all would be better off.

Peacefully. He didn't riot, and asked his followers not to riot.
I'll admit, I may not be as educated on Dr. King as some. Please show me where he advocated rioting or the disrespect of his nation.Pretty poor understanding of history there, cornstar
Oh. So my recollection of Dr. King isn't far off base, and the current BLdM movement doesn't follow Dr. King's lead. It's not nearly as important of a question as to whether or not he did those things, but whether or not White America perceived him as doing those things:

As usual, thanks for nothing.
In other words, BLM and MLK trolled racist whites with non-violent public protests which incited these racist whitess to act like a bunch of thugs while BLM/MLK took the abuse and made themselves look better in the process?MLK advocated nonviolent protest. That much is true. However, the protests he organized were DESIGNED to illicit a shocking and violent response from the southern white community. The beatings and deaths of protesters were expected.
This was all in the name of "waking up" the rest of the country that was very content to not acknowledge what was going on in terms of discrimination.
In that way, MRI and BLM have a similar goal and methods. Denying there is a problem to solve continues to prove THEIR point.
